The District is aware of issues in the Frisco Ranch neighborhood related to water pressure. The most recent information I have received is that a power surge late yesterday caused the issues that were faced overnight. Water pressure has since been restored and we are continuing to investigate what is causing these issues. Given the frequency of these events over the past week, we understand your frustration. We are working diligently to determine any additional factors that we can predict may cause similar issues in the future so that we can reduce the likelihood of these issues from occurring again. – Patrick
