Attention Residents,

The Frisco West Board of Directors have voted to start construction on a pond rehabilitation project. The construction involved is expected to start the week of July 15, 2024 and some details involved are listed below:

• Project anticipated to have a 3 month duration

• Consists of regrading the drainage channel
• Repairing damaged infrastructure
• Clearing of trees in the pond
• Sidewalk repairs
